Your role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies

You will:

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. 
• Provide service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

To succeed, you will need

• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electronic equipment
  
• Technical or mechanical background and experience
  
• Driver’s license BE
  
• Fluent in Swedish and English
  
• A merit if you have previous experience in fault diagnosis/troubleshooting of machinery

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Luleå. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Sweden (SE).
