Field Service Engineer - Power Technique Service
Your role
Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will
- Report into the Business Line Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

- You have 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with mobile compressors, Generators, lighting towers and pumps, working as a Service Tech/Eng
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable institutition
- Proven experirnce in customer service and aftermarket support
- Proficient in Computer applications
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of mobile equipment and their operational principles.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Self-Management: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Orientation: Ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Sales Acumen: Influencing and persuasion skills to support aftermarket sales growth.
- Should a valid drivers license (Class B and above)

Job location
You will be part of our customer center in Lusaka, Zambia. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Lusaka Zambia.
