Technicien SAV itinérant

Your role
As a Technicien SAV itinérant, your mission is to facilitates the growth of our company’s service through a firm commitment to providing high-quality customer service to all clients of the Vacuum Technical Service division.
It ensures that customer expectations are met every time. He provides tailored support for technical issues, monitoring, testing and interventions that minimise downtime, reduce costs or demonstrate the capabilities of our products during tests or demonstrations. He is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and installing parts required for equipment maintenance. He carries out commissioning at customer sites.. You will report to Operations Team Leader.
You will
- Repair and maintain vacuum equipment at customer sites
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Repair and maintain vacuum equipment in the workshop
- Install and commission equipment at customer locations
- Perform assessments and repairs for claims and warranty requests
- Provide technical support, either by troubleshooting over the phone or directly on-site
- Deliver training to distributors and customers on all relevant features and benefits of our products and consumables
- Communicate all relevant information to customers, the Service Manager, and the Administrative team — in person, by email, by phone, or through the dedicated software (Innosoft)
- Identify opportunities for service and equipment sales, and generate leads for the sales team
- Be available for frequent travel within the region and occasional travel across France

You have 5 to 10 years of experience, working as a Field Service Engineer
- Technical BTS diploma (Industrial Maintenance)
- Fluent in French • English comprehension: reading and writing
- Proficient in the use of computer tools • Knowledge of mechanics and electromechanics
- Knowledge of vacuum technologies would be an asset
- Valid driver’s license
