Your role

As a Service Sales Representative you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of customers, helping them improve uptime and performance through tailored service and aftermarket solutions.

Supporting customers across mining, industrial and production environments, you will play a key role in helping maximise uptime, reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Managing and growing an existing customer base

  • Selling service agreements, parts & aftermarket solutions

  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer equipment performance

  • Building trusted, long‑term relationships

  • Conducting regular site visits and engaging face‑to‑face with customers across your territory

  • Working closely with service technicians and internal teams

  • Developing your territory and pipeline

  • Experience in sales, customer service or account management

  • A natural ability to build relationships and earn trust

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

  • Motivation to learn and grow in a technical environment

  •  Highly regarded but not essential: Experience in mining, compressed air, or industrial environments, including HVAC, pumps, or mechanical/electrical systems

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Kewdale, WA branch.
