Mission:

You will be the main interlocutor with our clients and plays a key role to guarantee the maximum satisfaction, handling human and material resources in the most efficient way.  You are the responsible for all maintenance interventions (corrective and preventive) in a region ensuring that all interventions are scheduled and executed according to the planification, coordinating field technicians to maximize their efficiency and minimize the cost.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Coordinating incoming customer service requests by phone, in writing or via smartlink, planning with customer the visits and the shipment of the materials.
  • Planning in advance parts orders for the execution of service orders in terms, time and cost.
  • Managing field technicians’ agendas, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime, transfers and delays, using the management systems of the company: navigation systems, planning board, etc.
  • Being responsible of the service orders from opening till closing and billing (interacting with stakeholders to solve any problems and complaints, availability of spare parts, returns, delays, billing disputes, etc., proactively informing customers about delays (deliveries of material, visit of the technician, etc.).
  • Updating and maintaining the data of the installed-based machine of our customers, to ensure high quality of data.
  • Being active part in the continuous improvement of the workflow, processes and work procedures, for the achievement of the own objectives through our KPIs: WIP, Backlog, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Participating in the development of service towards Industry 4.0.: predictive maintenance based on the data provided by Smartlink.

What we need from you

We would need from you experience in similar positions, managing and organizing service technicians having direct relationship with final customers, knowledge in CRM as SAP and pc tools, native Spanish knowledge. It would be valuable the knowledge of English and knowledge related with compressed air.
