Service Sales Engineer - Spain

Your role
As a Service Sales Engineer - Spain, your mission is to grow and Develop the PTS division in Spain. The ideal candidate is a professional with knowledge in Sales and Rental companies, good knowledge in manufacturing Industry and B2B has a proven experience selling service.. You will report to [add Hiring Manager title].
You will
- Achieve service revenue targets in Spain and increase the capture rate of service products.
- Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs for aftermarket service.
- Proposing suitable service products, both technically and commercially
- Cooperate with technical support team to deliver committed service to a high standard.
- Collaborate with Capital Equipment sales team to promote proactive service business and improve customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer issues and interface with operations and technical teams to generate solutions in a timely manner.
- Consistently implement all sales and marketing activities in C4C to ensure accurate market information and customer database.
- Achieve assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.
- Leads follow up from different channels
- Able to travel > 50% in all Spain.

You have two or more years of experience as Sales.
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 2+ years of sales experience in a high-end industrial company, rental companies is a plus
- Technical understanding
- Sales management and territory management skills.
- Excellent planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Good level of English.
- Good Digital skills

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Coslada office in Madrid, Spain (ES).
