Your role

As a Regional Business Line Manager Portable Power, your mission is to lead and drive the sales and marketing activities of our organization  in Italy , Spain , Portugal and Angola, ensuring that we meet our sales revenue and product management profit and loss targets. You will be accountable to develop and execute strategies that enhance our market presence and drive profitability across various channels. You will report to the General Manager. 

Your day-to-day

  • Develop and implement regional business development plans that translate divisional objectives into actionable strategies.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through tailored solutions across direct, rental, and dealer channels.
  • Drive sustainable and profitable growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, including proactive demo initiatives to accelerate expansion beyond core markets.
  • Take ownership of the Portable Power product line's financial performance (P&L), ensuring responsible budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost management.
  • Maintain and enhance key customer relationships, providing insight-driven feedback for product customization and innovation in collaboration with product and technical teams.
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing facilities to align product improvements with customer requirements and market trends.
  • Analyze financial data to inform strategy adjustments and operational improvements, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of five years' proven experience in sales management, with a strong background in field sales and territory management specific to Portable Power products.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of power generation and management systems complemented by a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and platforms to drive effective sales operations and customer engagement.
  • Strong financial literacy, enabling robust P&L management and strategic pricing execution.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential; proficiency in Italian is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (over 50%) to key markets within the region.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate complex market insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication skills to build and maintain trust with customers, partners, and internal teams across diverse geographies.
  • A proactive learner and collaborator, passionate about team development, innovation, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance your time between remote work and on-site presence at our Customer Center located in Madrid, Spain.
