Your role

Your mission is to deliver skilled on-site service that keeps our customers’ equipment performing reliably and safely. You use your expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology they depend on. Through your work, you help customers secure the uptime and performance they need to run their operations with confidence. You join the Customer Center Service team and report into the Operations Manager.

Your role as a Service Technician within Power Technique is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of critical equipment for our valued customers. You will apply your professional expertise to conduct thorough repairs, maintenance, and technical support on-site, safeguarding operational continuity and safety. Collaborating closely with technical support  team and operation team, you will report directly to the Workshop Team Leader and be an essential contributor to the quality and success of our service delivery.

Your day-to-day

  • Basic evaluation of equipment status, provide detailed repair and maintenance proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Develop comprehensive technical and spare parts proposals for internal stakeholders and customers to facilitate seamless service operations.
  • User training sessions to enhance customer competence.
  • Identify potential issues, and proactively recommend solutions to ensure continuous performance.
  • Maintain a vigilant commitment to safety and health standards, not only for yourself but also within your working environment during all service activities.
  • Adhere strictly to internal safety, health, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) guidelines, including the proficient use of the TIA application for reporting and compliance.
  • Travel within Spain 

Your skills and experience

  • Degree in Engineering or have completed an accredited technical school education, providing a strong foundation
  • Bring 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience 
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge 
  • Utilize Microsoft Windows-based software applications confidently to support documentation and communication tasks.
  • Communicate effectively in native Spanish and possess good English language skills; additional languages are an advantage and enhance team collaboration.
  • Hold certifications or have completed formal technical training related to electrical works is a plus
  • Hold a valid driver's license

Your location

Customer Center located in Madrid, Spain. As a member of the field service team, your role involves close interaction with customers and extensive fieldwork, traveling within your designated area to deliver hands-on, on-site technical support and maintenance in a variety of operational environments.
