Your role
As a Warehouse Professional, your mission is to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products through our warehouse, optimizing storage, transportation, and supply processes to support our production lines and meet customer demands. You will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations, contributing to the overall success of our business. Your day-to-day

Coordinate national and international shipments and collections of materials.

Manage and follow up transportation incidents with external carriers and logistics providers.

Coordinate repair tool shipments through Spirit and manage the related logistics process with Poland.
-
Maintain and update material entry databases accurately and in a timely manner.

Generate delivery notes and standard order documentation.

Process incoming materials from external suppliers in SAP.
-
Manage material returns and surplus shipments to PTD following established procedures.

Perform physical stock control activities in Warehouse 1000.Support and execute periodic inventory counts and warehouse stock reconciliations.

Organize, identify, label, and store materials correctly within warehouse shelving and tool storage locations.
-
Load and unload materials from transportation carriers safely and efficiently.
-
Assemble and disassemble packaging for calibration benches and other equipment as required.
-
Provide logistics and material support for local workshop projects and activities.
-
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse and logistics operations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Your skills and experience
-
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management activities is preferred.Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Forklift license and warehouse equipment handling experience are desirable.

Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Ability to work in a structured and organized manner with strong attention to detail.

Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong team player with good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.Ability to carry out physical warehouse activities, including loading and unloading materials.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workplace organization.
