Sales Application Engineer 

Location:  Maryville , United States : Tennessee 

In this role, you will be responsible for field applications, system design, dryer sizing, project proposals, quotations, and customer development. We will rely on you to be the first point of contact for all technical related inquiries for Aircel.  You will work closely with the lead engineers at Aircel as well as the outside sales team.

Responsibilities:
•    Provide technical expertise on Aircel products to Distributors and end users
•    Evaluate air system designs and recommend proper dryers, filtration, and necessary ancillary componentry
•    Use existing programs to size dryers for various applications
•    Provide technical expertise on products to close final sale.
•    Provide timely reports summarizing findings on a given product, project or territory.
•    Have a full working knowledge of all Aircel products
•    Provide technical training to customers and distributors and sales team.
•    Work directly with Lead Engineers on custom applications
•    Work directly with CAD designers for new or existing solutions to customer’s needs
•    Provide quotations based on internal sales inquires
•    Acts as the main interface between engineering group and sales team.
 

What we expect from you?

Requirements:
•    Bachelor Degree in Engineering: Mechanical and Chemical Engineering preferred
•    Manufacturing environment experience preferred but not necessary
•    Must to be familiar with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD products
•    Must be familiar with MATLAB
•    Ability to work in a team environment
•    Ability to clearly present designs to customers and management
•    Ability to work on multiple ongoing projects at one time
•    Ability to clearly organize and document work
