Sales Engineer Industrial Air

Your role

As a Capital Equipment Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a Victorian based territory, focusing on capital equipment sales across a range of industrial customers.

This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role, where understanding customer needs and delivering the right solution is key to long-term success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing a defined sales territory across Victoria.

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Identifying opportunities and converting them into sales

• Working with distributor partners to support mutual growth

• Using CRM tools to plan, track and manage your pipeline

• Providing solutions based on customer needs and product knowledge

•  Experience in technical, industrial or equipment-based sales

•  Strong relationship-building and communication skills

•  A proactive, organized approach to territory management

• Confidence using CRM and sales tools

•  Ability to travel within VIC for customer visits

• Highly regarded but not essential: Engineering qualifications or technical background practical knowledge and commercial ability are key

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Campbellfield Branch, VIC.
