CTS Outside Sales

Your role

As Service-Field Sales, your mission is to driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will report to the Sales Manager .

You will

• Maintain a quoting pipeline to support your monthly sales targets
• Conduct site visits, evaluate customer needs, and propose tailored solutions
• Identify and develop new customer accounts within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and lead follow up
• Guide customers in designing compressed air solutions for their need and stay current on all Quincy product offerings

You have 3+ years of experience in the compressed air industry or with compressed air systems

• Have a bachelor's degree (desirable), in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization. Relevant related experience will be considered
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong business development and relationship-building abilities

Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Quincy facility) in Miami, Florida
