Your role

As the APE Business Line Manager for Italy, you will be a key leader driving sustainable and profitable growth by unlocking the full potential of your business area. Reporting directly to Emrah Ozden, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and evolve strategic plans that foster expansion and efficiency across the division.

Your leadership will be pivotal in engaging and inspiring your team to embrace a growth mindset and deliver outstanding results within the core construction segment and target new adjacent industries. You will cultivate strong customer relationships across diverse channels including direct sales, rental services, and distributor networks to increase market share and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the APE Division’s business strategy with clear targets for revenue, profitability, and market penetration.
  • Designing a comprehensive full potential growth plan that exploits opportunities within current markets and identifies avenues beyond traditional sectors.
  • Leading, coaching, and empowering your team to deliver on business goals while fostering continuous professional development.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to proactively implement corrective actions and promote operational excellence.
  • Collaborating with aftermarket functions to enhance product support and drive repeat business through improved service quality.
  • Partnering with marketing and communications to tailor campaigns and initiatives aligned with strategic growth objectives.
  • Ensuring optimal staffing, skill development, and organizational structure to meet evolving customer needs and market demands.
  • Liaising effectively with divisional technical teams on product pricing, warranty claims, and market feedback to support competitive positioning.
  • Managing high-impact customer relationships and negotiating key contracts to solidify business partnerships and secure long-term success.
  • Conducting financial reviews of capital equipment business lines and applying insights to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
  • Aligning with other Business Line Managers to harmonize sales strategies and amplify overall customer engagement across business segments.



 

To succeed, you will need

To thrive in this role, you should bring  five years or more of relevant experience complemented by a Business or Technical Degree, with an MBA viewed positively. We encourage applicants from diverse professional backgrounds to apply, as we value varied perspectives.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Proven team leadership skills with experience managing and motivating diverse groups.
  • Hands-on experience working with dealer networks, rental companies, and key players in the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required, with Spanish language skills considered advantageous.
  • A demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and operational execution in competitive market environments.
