Your role
La tua missione come Tecnico di Assistenza è fornire servizi di riparazione qualificati per i nostri prodotti, garantendo una soddisfazione del cliente e mantenendo i più elevati standard di sicurezza. Ti impegni a garantire le prestazioni e la longevità dei prodotti dei clienti attraverso la tua competenza. Il tuo lavoro è importante per supportare il successo operativo e il progresso tecnologico dei settori che si affidano a nostre tecnologie.
Nel tuo lavoro dovrai:
• Riportare al Responsabile Operativo Service.
• Eseguire interventi pianificati e ad hoc per ispezionare, ricercare guasti e riparare vari sistemi tecnici. Diagnosticare eventuali problemi per prevenire i fermi macchina.
• Garantire la conformità alle norme di sicurezza e documentare le attività attraverso digital tools.
• Essere il referente per i clienti, fornire consigli di assistenza e rispondere tempestivamente alle loro esigenze.

You will
• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc services to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza come tecnico di assistenza o manutenzione in ambito elettrico o meccanico
• Formazione presso istituti tecnici.
• Conoscenza di base dell'inglese.

• You have minimum 2 years of experience, working as a service or maintenance technician
• Technical school background
• Basic knowledge of English

A partire da una retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) di €30.000 e da un inquadramento contrattuale al IV Livello del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro (CCNL) Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio).
La retribuzione annua lorda e il livello di inquadramento contrattuale potranno essere adeguati in base all'esperienza maturata dal candidato in ruoli analoghi.
Il pacchetto retributivo comprende inoltre: retribuzione variabile, laptop e telefono cellulare, buoni pasto, coperture assicurative, nonché ulteriori benefit previsti dalle politiche aziendali. Per il ruolo del tecnico esterno è prevista l'autovettura aziendale ad uso promiscuo.

Starting from a gross annual salary of Euro 30.000 and a contractual classification at Level IV of the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sector (CCNL Commercio).
The gross annual salary and the contractual classification level may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience in similar roles.
The compensation package also includes: Variable Compensation, laptop and mobile phone, meal vouchers, insurance coverage, as well as other benefits provided under the company’s policies.The Field Service Technician will be given a company card with private use.
