As a Service Center Manager at Atlas Copco, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our service depot, including order processing, warranty administration, and inventory management. You will collaborate with our team to identify and support growth opportunities across regions. This role provides the autonomy to shape service operations, set strategic goals, and inspire a dedicated, results‑driven team.
The position is based at our Mississauga service depot, operating Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the depot team to achieve goals, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages problem-solving and idea generation.
- Oversee technical knowledge levels to meet customer and contract requirements, ensuring high service standards.
- Continuously analyze and improve processes, procedures, and strategies to drive operational excellence.
- Set clear goals for team members aligned with corporate targets, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Evaluate team performance, ensuring objectives and project goals are met.
- Identify and develop future leaders within the Atlas Copco Service Department.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Take ownership of depot operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and adherence to industry standards.
- Lead initiatives to enhance depot capabilities and position the service department for future growth.
- Coach and inspire a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive the performance of your region by developing and executing process optimization strategies.
To succeed, you will need
- A 2- or 4-year degree in a technical or management discipline, with 3-5 years of leadership experience.

Proven success in budget management, KPI achievement, and process improvement.

Strong negotiation skills and a clear understanding of service depot obligations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Basic knowledge of Atlas Copco fastening tools, torque theory, and fastening processes.

Expertise in process management, inventory control, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.

Ability to resolve technical, production, and personnel issues effectively and efficiently.

Practical leadership style with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

A resourceful, customer-focused mindset with the ability to challenge traditional business practices.

Ability to travel up to 10% local travel consisting of but not limited to visits to customer manufacturing locations.
The expected compensation range for this position is $82,000–$90,000 per year. Final compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final compensation may be adjusted accordingly.
