Your role

If you thrive in a customer service environment and enjoy problem-solving, this is the role for you! Atlas Copco is seeking a dedicated Service Support Specialist to play a key role in assisting our external customers with inquiries and resolving issues related to product Orders, Shipping and Receiving service equipment and parts. This position involves coordinating work requests with our Repair Centers and ensuring seamless order processing. You will report directly to the Service Support Manager and work a schedule of Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.

 

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Review and ensure accurate entry of quotes and Purchase Orders in the Service Spirit Dashboard when creating work orders.
  • Conduct final reviews in the Spirit Dashboard to close work orders and generate customer invoices.
  • Develop expertise in the Spirit database and SAP business system to support efficient order processing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to address queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Receive and verify incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate routing to the intended recipients.
  • Package items for shipment, preparing all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
  • Manage and oversee repair shop inventory levels, proactively communicating stock needs to the Workshop Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with established shipping procedures and guidelines, ensuring all safety and operational standards are met.

To succeed, you will need

  • 3+ years of experience in service role.
  • Prior experience in boxing and packaging custom equipment.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems that enhance Service and Logistics efficiency.
  • A customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.

 

The expected compensation range for this position is $49,920-$52,000 per year. The final compensation may vary due to factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final compensation may be different.
