Service Team Leader

Your Role
Are you a technically minded leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and staying close to customers? As our Service Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of our service operations.
What you will do:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of service engineers.

Plan, organize, and monitor daily service activities.

Support customers and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Manage projects like installations, start-ups, and workshop setups.

Ensure compliance with safety, company, and legal standards.

Improve processes and drive team performance.
To succeed, you will need

Secondary technical education with graduation (technical background is essential)

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (industrial production, maintenance, or repair)

Fluent Czech + at least intermediate English

Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented personality
-
Strong technical mindset, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
