SALES MANAGER – SERVICE
As the Sales Manager, you will be part of an innovative team that interacts daily and is deeply committed. You will report and work closely with the Service Business Line Manager to align strategies and drive sales within the complete territory and Market in Mexico, ensure an excellent customer experience, and develop new markets.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Sales Service Manager, your primary objective will be to identify economic trends, evaluate regional investment initiatives, and pursue development opportunities with clients to drive revenue growth.
Leading a sales team your will be responsible to Conduct market analysis to formulate an effective action plan, including visits and activities with end customers, identifying their needs, generating new sales opportunities, and proposing solutions through products and applications within our different segments.
The collaboration and teamwork with the other business lines and Operational Manager is a MUST
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full responsibility on the Service Sales Process & revenues
- Plan and oversee all aspects of the market in Mexico: sales, development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Present a business plan for all assigned clients in the market according to local strategy.
- Coordinate activities with distributors and our direct sales force including high collaboration with the Product business lines.
- Coordinate handovers with the operational team.
- Strengthen the market position in the market coverage accounts, key account allocation, product positioning, and new product launches.
- Develop, lead, and manage the sales plan in the area to meet organizational growth and revenue targets.
- Develop strategic plans for customer retention and key accounts to increase revenue (ensuring products and services continuously meet customer needs, resulting in high NPS scores).
- Actively coordinate with global Key Account Managers, Team Leaders, and segment leaders, where applicable.
- Develop and execute aggressive growth strategies to boost sales.
- Continue nurturing and managing a successful business in Mexico, expanding market opportunities.
- Actively participate in all activities related to certifications (ISO 9001:2015).
- Contribute to process development, updates, and achievement of company objectives.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with strong technical knowledge focused on the automotive sector and Assembly processes
- High level of negotiation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience managing CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Client prospecting skills.
- Experience managing key accounts.
- Distributor management skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

JOB LOCATION:
- This role requires you to work on-site (hybrid) at our office in Saltillo, Monterrey or Querétaro.
