Service Sales Engineer

Your role

As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

Your day-to-day

• PRO ACTIVELY to promote and hunt for new business, on new and active customer & service effectively (creating Value Added Selling)
• Manage the accounts, driving them up the Service Ladder
  • Genuine parts,
  • Keep Fit (Parts Plan, Fixed Price Service, Inspection Plan, Extended Warranty, Preventive Maintenance Plan, Total Responsibility Plan, Air Plan)
• Visit customers (face to face and/or virtual) to identify potential business opportunities
• Create value for our solutions, by understanding customer challenges and needs
• Secure orders, showing the return over investment
• Trusted advisor for Atlas Copco towards customers

Your skills and experience

Experience requirements

• Experience on machinery and/or service sales would be an advantage.

Knowledge

• Knowledge in Compressed Air System will be highly considered.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office Applications.
• Have a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
