Your future job

You will be part of the IT Services Russia and Central Asia team, currently supporting over 650 users. mostly spread across Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

The mission for a successful candidate will be to provide end user IT support, help to resolve incidents received from our Service Desk partner and secure daily IT operations within the team's responsibility.

Key Tasks: 
- Provide end user support (2nd level)
- Support local infrastructure (in cooperation with global infrastructure teams)
- Contribute to delivery of local and global projects (roll outs)
- Propose and take part in performance improvements of IT services to enable operation excellence and high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous improvement by implementing standards with the overall target to increase efficiency
- Document knowledge related to local infrastructure
- Consult end users on workplace tools (including writing instructions)
- Carry out trainings for end users
- Contribute to optimization of expenditures on local infrastructure
- Maintain hardware assets (receive/dispatch goods, update inventory database, etc.)
- Participate in IT procurement
- Interact with external providers

 

The role reporta to the IT Team Leader Russia and Central Asia, located in Moscow (Khimki Area).

 

Experience requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as end-user and infrastructure IT support.

- Proven experience in administering of MS Windows Server, VMWare ESXi Server

- Experience in work with external providers

 

Knowledge:

- Fluent in written and spoken Russian and English

- Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and client OS Windows 7-10

- VMWare ESXi Server

- 1C Enterprise (as an advantage)

- Microsoft SQL Server (as an advantage)

- Symantec Backup Exec

- PowerShell (basics)

- Networking basics (WiFi, WAN, LAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall)

- Hardware troubleshooting (e.g. notebooks, desktops, servers)

- Practical skills within best practices of ITIL methodology

 

Educational requirements:

- Master / Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics or related field of study (or similar through experience)
