Key Account Manager- OLP

Your role
For Low Pressure Business aligned with the overall OLP Business line strategy in India .
This includes, identifying total market opportunities, explore all possible applications which demands low pressure and defining WAY TO MARKET strategies for all these 3 most important pillars of LP Business in India .
• Industry Expertise and Market Analysis: Possess in-depth knowledge of these 3 pillars ( Power , Oil & Gas and WWTP ( MUNI ) emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Continuously monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and assess potential threats and implement counter strategies in close co ordination with National Sales Manager of Low Pressure .
• Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek out and evaluate new business opportunities in the general industry. Identify potential customers, analyze their needs, and develop strategies to penetrate new market segments.
• Key Account Management: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers for major Key accounts . Nurture and develop strong business relationship with all identified Key accounts to ensure strong repeat business from them .
• Establish OEM Business : Explore and establish OEM business for all these 3 pillars effectively . Understand their operation processes, challenges, and strategic goals and their leverage points and find common grounds to have tie ups / collaboration . Nurture existing OEMs and Develop new ones to ensure a sustainable business model YOY from OEMs in these 3 pillars .
• Replacement Business : Establish a sustainable model of steady replacement business from all these 3 pillars .
• Solution Selling and Negotiation: Effectively sell Atlas Copco's solutions to potential and existing customers, demonstrating the value proposition, and addressing their specific manufacturing needs. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to WIN ORDERS .
• Proposal and Tender Preparation: Work Closely with Proposal / Std + / ES team to understand what exactly is required by customer to Prepare compelling proposals for projects, highlighting Atlas Copco's expertise and capabilities. Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and address customer requirements.
• Drive Profitability : Continuously strive for better price realisation and improve profitability . Be accountable for overall CGP of the OLP business from these 3 pillars .
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance with other stakeholders to customers, addressing their equipment-related issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales and Service to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure fast resolution to customer problems.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the general industry. Understand their manufacturing challenges and provide tailored solutions to address their needs.
• Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to understand competitor strategies, strengths, and weaknesses. Benchmark Atlas Copco's solutions against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Market Research and Data Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications (education, certifications, experience)
- Proven track record of Sales -demonstrating strategy implementation and growth in specific target segments .
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and Negotiation Skills .
- Result Oriented, A focus on achieving and exceeding the targets.
- Consistency in results : Proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets for at least 3 years consecutively .
- Ability to work independently and as part of our leadership team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with key stakeholders.
