Service Sales Engineer
Your role
As a Service Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for our service line by utilizing your technical knowledge and keen understanding of customer requirements. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with both the engineering team and service product teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance our service offerings. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs will be essential in crafting tailored solutions that resonate with our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Strategically plan and prioritize service sales operations to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with our service aftermarket team to ensure an outstanding after-sales experience, fostering customer loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis to provide insightful feedback regarding pricing strategies, competitive landscape, and regional trends.
- Develop and present comprehensive service product proposals, applying the company’s pricing strategies and utilizing quoting tools effectively.
- Monitor and document service sales activities, ensuring the CRM system reflects accurate data regarding customer interactions and quotations.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align activities that enhance customer relationships and drive business success.

Job location
This position offers a fully remote working arrangement, allowing you to operate from any location within the Munster region, while staying connected to our customer center based in Ireland.
