Air and Gas Applications is a newly established division within Compressor Technique Business Area. The division is responsible for product development, sourcing, production, marketing, sales, and technical support for on-site gas generation and purification, as well as high- and low-pressure compressor solutions within the business area.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where you won’t just manage a business, you’ll help build and shape it.

 

As Business Line Manager for Air and Gas Applications, you will take full ownership of the Atlas Copco branded business lines for low pressure, high pressure, and industrial gases. You’ll lead the direction, performance, and development of the business by bringing together strategy, people, and results. You will be a member of the local Management Team, and you are expected to strongly contribute to the organic growth of the company. You will report to General Manager.

 

You will:

  • Lead and inspire your team, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, customer centricity, and growth
  • Own the business performance, including P&L, budgets, and cost management
  • Define dedicated Full Potential Plan for your business line to drive business development actions, both short and long-term
  • Define and execute strategies that drive sustainable growth
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure excellence in everything we deliver

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Nacka, Sweden (SE).
