Digital Marketing Specialist – Fixed-term (13 months, parental leave cover)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Nordic Customer Center on a fixed-term basis, covering a colleague’s parental leave. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing execution across the Nordic region - ensuring continuity while also contributing to ongoing improvements and optimization.
You will step into an established setup with clear strategies, tools, and ways of working - while still having room to influence how we develop our digital presence going forward.
Your role
This is a hands-on, operational role where you will drive and coordinate digital marketing activities across multiple channels and markets. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, HR, and other key stakeholders across the Nordics.
You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality execution, consistent messaging, and strong digital performance.
The position reports to the Marketing Manager, Customer Center Nordic.
In this role, you will:
- Execute and further develop established digital marketing activities and initiatives
- Plan, execute, and follow up on digital campaigns
- Work hands-on with content across digital channels, including web and social media
- Create and adapt digital marketing assets for different channels and target groups
- Coordinate website updates and translation workflows across the Nordic countries
- Support internal stakeholders with digital communication and online presence
- Monitor performance against defined budgets and KPIs
- Use insights from CRM and NPS data to improve digital touchpoints
To succeed, you will need

Experience working with hands-on digital marketing, preferably within B2B environment

Comfortable managing digital campaigns, content creation, and paid social media (particularly LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Account Engagement or Pardot is a plus)
- Ability to manage parallell priorities and coordinate different stakeholders

Take initiative and enjoy both executing and improving existing ways of working
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Meriting experience

Experience working with CMS platforms
- Agency collaboration experience
- Exposure to Nordic or industrial B2B markets

Practical information
This is a fixed-term position lasting 13 months, with the intended start date between August and September 2026. The role is full-time and will be conducted in close alignment with the existing marketing team to ensure a smooth transition and effective knowledge transfer.
