Digitalization and Process Analyst – Sourcing

Are you curious about how digital tools, data and smarter ways of working can shape the future of sourcing? At Atlas Copco, you will help develop how we work across processes, systems and data - turning ideas into practical improvements that support our sourcing teams globally.

Your role

As Digitalization and Process Analyst – Sourcing, you will help drive sourcing excellence by improving how we work with processes, tools, data and governance in Industrial Technique Business Area. You will act as an important link between management, sourcing teams and IS/IT, making sure that business needs are translated into practical and future-ready solutions.

You will take ownership of key sourcing processes and assigned applications, including governance, development needs and roadmaps. A central part of the role is to create alignment across functions and divisions, set clear standards, and help define what good sourcing processes look like in practice.

You will facilitate process reviews, analyze gaps and identify opportunities for improvement. By gathering feedback from sourcing teams, following up on best practices and benchmarking how others work, you will turn insights into concrete actions such as process updates, business cases, training needs and tool improvements.

Working closely with IS/IT and external partners, you will support the development of systems, data flows and digital architecture connected to sourcing. You will also contribute to data governance, explore opportunities to use AI, and support newly acquired companies as they are introduced to our sourcing processes and tools.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people, processes and technology - creating structure, enabling collaboration and helping teams work in smarter and more efficient ways.

To succeed, you will need

We believe you have experience from process development, sourcing, supply chain, operations, business development or a similar area where you have worked with improvement, governance or digital ways of working. You know how to create structure, understand complex processes and move from analysis to action.

You are comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions and levels, and you can translate business needs into clear requirements, practical solutions and well-founded recommendations. Experience from systems, data flows, digital tools or application ownership is valuable in this role.

As a person, you are curious, structured and proactive. You enjoy bringing people together, facilitating discussions and driving progress in a collaborative way. You are not afraid to challenge existing ways of working, but you do it with a practical mindset and a focus on creating value.

You communicate well in English and feel motivated by continuous improvement, digitalization and learning. If you are interested in how data, AI and smarter tools can strengthen sourcing over time, this role will give you a strong platform to contribute and grow.

In return, we offer

Joining Atlas Copco means becoming part of a global, innovative company where people are trusted to take ownership, learn continuously and contribute with new ideas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence how sourcing works today and how it develops for the future.
