Frontend SW Developer/Scrum Master

To our Research and Development team in Nacka, we are now looking for a Software Developer and Scrum Master to a combined role. Our systems empower users to configure and get insights in industrial production environments through big data analysis and an easy-to-use interface. The aim is to continue strengthen production sites across the world with innovative solutions for resilient and sustainable industrial production. In this role, you work closely with Product Owners and other development teams.
Front End Development (70%)
- Design, build, and maintain modern web applications and shared component libraries using React and TypeScript
- Develop reusable UI components, patterns, and frameworks that support multiple product teams
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and developers across Atlas Copco
- Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes
- Improve usability, accessibility, performance, and developer experience
Scrum Master Responsibilities (30%)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for a team of about eight
- Support the team in applying Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Help remove impediments and enable continuous delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and team development
To succeed, you will need
- Strong experience developing modern web applications with React
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience building scalable and maintainable frontend architectures
- Previous Scrum Master experience or a strong interest in Agile coaching and servant leadership

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Nacka, Sweden (SE).
