Sales & Operations Planning Manager (Supply Chain)

Your role

As Sales & Operations Planning Manager, your mission is to drive operational excellence and tactical alignment between demand, supply, and strategy, while continuously evolving the S&OP process to support business growth. You lead the S&OP process and manage a high performing Supply Chain Planning team in an international environment. You challenge the status quo, connect perspectives across the value chain, and enable fact based decisions that support business growth.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously develop the S&OP process to support business priorities and decision making
• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including scenarios, proposals, executive material, and action follow up
• Integrate product development, industrialization, and lifecycle changes into demand and supply planning
• Lead and develop a growing Supply Chain Planning team
• Act as a cross functional link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product organizations
• Drive data driven discussions, challenge assumptions, and strengthen accountability across functions
• Expand the planning scope to include an extended flow and growing portfolio of product companies

To succeed, you will need

• Master’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in production and supply chain planning including demand and supply planning
• Analytical skills with a data driven approach to decision making
• Fluency in English
• Experience in S&OP- or assembly- and machine shop planning is an advantage

Job location

This role has its base in Nacka, Stockholm, were you spend most of your working time. However, we offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely.
