Your Role

• Installation and commissioning of the Atlas Copco Systems used in Body Shop and Paint shop of Automobile Manufactures
• Co-ordinate the Installation with the Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) Project Team and make sure the project is handed over with highest quality and within the quoted time.
• Communicate effectively with the customer to understand their requirements and provide solutions leading to a more optimized production and customer satisfaction.
• Interact with other functions such as the Product and Sales to promote the Atlas Copco Solutions resulting in revenue generation.
• Provide Customer Trainings, Remote support, create manuals and other documents for customized solutions.

業務内容

・自動車メーカーの溶接工程、塗装工程で使用される塗布システムに対し、

　地域密着型の「顧客重視」サービスを提供する。

職務内容

• サービス活動の計画および実行
• 自動車メーカーのボディショップで主に使用される設備に関する、据付、保守、トラブルシューティングなど、

　　アフターサービス全般の対応

• 設備の状態、顧客の保守計画、ならびに顧客の将来の生産計画に関する報告
• 顧客とともに、Atlas Copcoの接着／シーリング用アプリケーションシステムの現行運用を評価し、顧客要求条件のもとで最適な使用方法を見出すこと。これには、設備およびソフトウェアの改良提案ならびにテストの実施を含む

 
To succeed, you will need  

• A Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Business Level Japanese and Basic English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, tolerant and assertive
• Ability to prioritize and to take decisions.  
• Ability to build strong and effective work relationships with customers and colleagues.

必要経験

• 電気および機械設備のサービスに関する実務経験
• 自動車業界での経験があれば尚可
• 優れたITスキル（MS Office、ネットワークなど）
• 普通自動車運転免許を保有していること
• 自動車OEMの生産プロセスを理解できる能力
• 産業用組立システムのセットアップおよび据付に関する実務経験があれば尚可
• 高いモチベーションを持ち、自ら考えて行動できる方で、チームプレイヤーであること。
  また、変化する納期に対応しながら、課題解決、プレゼンテーション、リーダーシップを発揮できること
• Atlas Copcoの社員としての自覚と責任を持ち、顧客のさまざまな階層と円滑にコミュニケーションできる能力
• 顧客の生産方式に関する基礎知識があれば尚可
• Atlas Copco Way に共感・理解し、それに沿って行動できること
