Your role

As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

You will

  • Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets. 
  • Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 
  • Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues. 
  • Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
  • Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.

    ・SAP/SPIRITシステムを使用したオーダー入力から売上・請求処理までの一連のプロセス

    ・製品の発注、入荷・検品、梱包・発送業務

    ・営業サポート(以下を含むがこれらに限定されない)

    ・見積作成

    ・顧客・仕入れ先・製品データ管理

    ・ロジスティクス

    ・各種レポート

    ・顧客窓口(問い合わせ、クレームなど)

    ・在庫管理

    ・営業・内勤営業の経験(2年以上)

    ・SAP操作スキル(使用経験あれば尚可)

    ・PCスキル、Excelスキル(中級程度)

    ・英語初級(基礎会話レベル)

    ・優れたコミュニケーション能力とタイムマネージメントスキル

    ・チームワークと柔軟性

Job location

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Nagoya, while being associated with our customer center in Japan (JP).
