Your Role

2.  

• Carry out Inspection, Overhaul, Calibrations, Repair of Atlas Copco Products. (electric/battery nut runners, wrenches, controllers, etc.)

• Create inspection/overhaul/repair reports on daily work orders.

• Complete Daily work orders maintaining high Quality and within the target time.

• Communicate efficiently within the team and with all other stakeholders to gain information about customer requirements and take action accordingly.

• Carry out 5S daily to make your work area safe and clean.

【仕事内容】

• 産業用電動ツールの点検・オーバーホール・修理・較正を中心に、工具の性能と信頼性を維持するための一連の作業を担当します。お客様からお預かりしたツールにおいて部品交換、グリスアップなどのオーバーホール及び修理作業を行った後、再組立と動作確認を経て、専用装置を用いたトルク較正によって精度を保証します。これらの作業内容や測定結果は、すべて記録し、品質管理の基準に沿って管理します。
• 通常の修理業務に加えて、お客様から寄せられる特別依頼や不具合調査にも対応します。異常の再現テストやログ解析、分解調査を通じて原因を特定し、写真やデータを用いた分析レポートを作成します。必要に応じて再発防止策や改善提案も行い、技術的な観点からお客様の課題解決に貢献します。
• 日々の業務では、定められた作業時間や品質目標を意識しながら、効率的かつ正確に作業を進めることが求められます。作業計画に基づいた進行管理や、ミスを防ぐための品質チェック、作業記録の正確な入力など、プロセス管理のスキルが重要になります。
• ワークショップ内のメンバーだけでなく、フィールドサービスや営業、製品担当とも積極的に情報共有を行います。修理内容や分析結果の共有、現場で発生しているトラブル情報の収集、新製品に関する技術情報の交換など、部門間連携を通じてサービス品質の向上に取り組みます。
• 作業環境の安全性と効率を維持するため、日常的に5S活動（整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・しつけ）を実施します。工具や部品の配置ルールの維持、作業台や設備の清掃、不要物の排除、作業エリアの見える化など、基本動作を徹底することで、高品質な作業を支える環境を整えます。

 
To succeed, you will need  

• Working experience in technical positions such as Mechanical/Electrical Technician, Production Operator, Maintenance Technician, etc.
• Technical Education in Mechanical or Electrical Background.
• Basic knowledge of Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business or native Japanese.

・技術職での経験（機械・電気技術者、生産オペレーター、メンテナンス技術者など）

・Word、Excel、PowerPoint の基本操作

・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
