Your role
• Promoting & Selling the Oil free Products (Oil Free Screw/Tooth, Oil Injected Screw Compressor, Energy Conversion Products,
• Focus on replacement business on Multiple Oil free Screw, Oil Injected Screws
• Interacting and collaborating intensely with other business lines, Zonal Team. Training of indirect distribution sales channels and keep track on Indirect business in given Territory.
• Supporting with project specification, Product Positioning and pricing based on segments for green field and Brown field projects in given Territory.
• Developing our strategic approach for maximizing sales opportunities of Value Selling Products like Heat Pump, Gas Expanders, Chiller, Adiabatic Coolers in said Territory.
• Conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities, market price and competitor activities to increase market share.
• Keeping Existing Customers Satisfies and focus on retaining the customers.
• Break through from Competition customers.
• Preparing and presenting customer proposals, product presentations and similar sales enablement material.
• Driving customer success by ensuring that our sales channels offer the right solution and that a successful installation and commissioning process is completed, and hand-over to the Compressor Technique Service (CTS) team.
• Updating all data in the required time scales: monthly reports,
• II track, Flow measurement by AIR SCAN to increase the replacement business
To succeed, you will need
Experience-Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales. Experience and knowledge of Oil Free air products and hands on experience shall bean added advantage
Education-BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electrical or MBA
