Sales Engineer, CSO

Your role
As a Sales Engineer, CSO, your mission is to grow service business by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities of compressor service and related products portfolio within the territory. You will report to the Sales Manager, CSO.
You will
• Implement marketing and sales activities of Compressor Service Techniques products and spare parts as per the divisional strategy.
• Drive sales of compressors, air treatment equipment, and related services within the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, customer visits, and opportunity management.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Maintain close relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Achieving agreed sales targets, margins, and growth objectives.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities using CRM and internal systems.
• To handle and communicate customer requests and complaints as they arise and make a record of the actions for review by the Sales Manager
• Provide monthly projections / expectancies in OR and OI and share with Sales Manager.
• Promote safety and ethical business practices always.
• Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
• Execute any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

You have a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in industrial sales preferably in technical sales
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Or Marketing degree with relevant technical or service sales experience
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding and appreciation of the sales process of aftermarket products
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Customer - focused with excellent communication skills
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
