The Role

Mission:

- Implementation of business marketing action and activities in the Jiangxi Province to maximize customer values of oil free products.

Job Description:

Territory Management and implementation of divisional market strategy

- To lead sales team to approach new customers, listen to and identify customers’ needs, and provide optimized solution so as to meet customer needs.

- To carry out market investigation and provide market information and reference data for superior to establish price policy and market share of products.

- To keep good relationships with all customers including key-customers.

- To look through and confirm the contract, and decide price and payment condition of products within a limits authority.

- To lead and unite sales people energetically to develop market, fulfills the target that superior set.

- Has the operational responsibility for the quality, safety, health and environmental performance as well as the implementation of the SHEQ Policy.

 

Sales team development & people management

- To build up sales team in the assigned region.

- To define and optimize continuously the number and geographical spread of direct sales force.

- Interpretation & implementation of company’s policy truly and quickly to sales people.

- To train, coach and boost sales people’s competence in both technical and commercial aspects.

 

Co-ordination with product & aftermarket team

- Communication with product team to obtain product support.

- To interact with aftermarket team to provide best solutions after sales service to customers.

- To provide feedbacks on product quality, product trends and competitor development to the product companies.

What we expect of you? 

Education Requirement:

- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.

 

Experience Requirement 

- More than 8 years’ experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company, of which 5-6 years’ experience in compressor industry.

- Strong network in compressor market in China

 

Knowledge Requirement

- Very good English in both spoken and written.

- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

 

Personality requirements

 

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals.

- High integrity, initiative and Self-motivated,
