Business Development Manager for LEWA France
Your role
As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to drive growth and innovation by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new sales and marketing opportunities across the Enviromental market segment and in particular biomethane application. You will play a role in shaping the future of our business by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering collaboration across global teams, aligning business objectives, and staying ahead of technology solution trends. You will be part of LEWA France from the Industrial Flow Division and report to the Managing Director of this company
You will
- Identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies.
- Negotiate strategic partnerships.
- Prioritize and track investments across new product development initiatives.
- Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues across different departments to drive business success
- Carry out a detailed analysis of the market in which the company operates in order to identify avenues for development: new markets, customers, growth areas, new trends etc.
- Devising and planning the strategic guidelines and short, medium and long-term sales actions needed to achieve the objective (identifying priority targets, key contacts, contact actions, follow-ups, etc.) for each targeted market.
- Accountable of the Turnover and the margin in the segment.
- Define commercial opportunities and identify market needs in order to increase the number of new project requests.

- Good technical knowledge of the product line (fluid pumps) and financial aspect for the sector.
- Knowledge of the market and the application required to set up the right commercial strategy.
- Mastery of sales techniques, prospecting, negotiation (B2B, B2C) and network management.
- Knowledge of project management and strategic marketing.
- Ability to analyse the market and anticipate trends.
- Good communication and interaction skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of office and customer relationship management (CRM) software, digital tools
and the use of social networks. - Fluency in technical and operational English.
- You have at least 5 years of experience, working in a similar position in the Enviromental sector and Waste Water treatment.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our LEWA France in Neuville Sur Oise, Paris, France (FR).
