Your role
As a Skilled Worker, you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your expertise and dedication are essential in manufacturing products according to detailed specifications and schedules. You will
- Operate machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
- Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
