Your role

As the Warehouse Specialist, your mission is to be responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, packaging, and palletizing activities for spare parts, supplies, and custom-built equipment. This position supports domestic and international shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, and customer service standards. The Warehouse Specialist reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor.

You will

  • Process domestic and international shipments, including picking, packaging, labeling, documentation, carrier coordination, and shipment tracking.
  • Package, palletize, crate, and secure spare parts and custom-built equipment for shipment.
  • Operate forklifts, lifting equipment, and rigging devices to safely move materials and equipment throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform inbound receipt processing, including unloading, inspection, verification, and routing of incoming materials.
  • Maintain electronic shipping records and required shipment documentation.
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy goals.
  • Maintain proper storage, organization, labeling, and replenishment of inventory and warehouse supplies.
  • Perform basic maintenance, safety inspections, and operational checks on warehouse tools and equipment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide professional support to internal customers and collaborate across departments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum two years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or packaging experience.
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping processes preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Basic carpentry, crating, and palletizing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, safety, and inventory accuracy.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
  • DOT Hazmat Shipping Certification and Spill Response Training are a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift and move parts, boxes, and other material regularly throughout the day, up to 50lbs.
