Your role

Drive sales of Atlas Copco General Industry solutions across NSW through field sales, technical solution selling, and customer development. This individual contributor role focuses on growing revenue, expanding market presence, and building strong customer and distributor relationships.

You will

  • •    Sell tools, systems, and solutions; manage full sales cycle.
    •    Develop new customers and distributors; grow existing accounts.
    •    Conduct technical assessments, demos, and propose value-based solutions.
    •    Support distributors with training and joint visits.
    •    Maintain CRM discipline and provide market intelligence.
    •    Represent Atlas Copco at trade shows and customer events.

  Requirements:

  • 5+ years in technical/industrial field sales
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing or industrial processes
  • Proven ability to sell technical solutions and achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with distributors and automation concepts
  • Australian citizen
