Field Service Engineer / Technician - Cyrpus

Your role

Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

You will

• Report into the Operations Manager. 
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. 
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. 
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• 2-3 years of experience in technical service for industrial equipment, preferably compressors and/or vacuum pumps
• Have strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical techniques
• Demonstrate technical skills in one or more areas, including mechanical, electrical, and automation principles
• Apply structured and analytical thinking to solve problems effectively
• Have experience resolving technical issues of mechanical and electrical nature
• Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities
• Proactively take ownership of tasks
• Native speaker of the local language with basic English (most training is provided online via e-learning)
• Intermediate PC / IT skills
