Your role
Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will
- Report into the Operations Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

- University Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience with CTS-related products such as overhaul/ repair of Compressors, Air dryers, Generators, and Lighting towers.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical systems, Elektronikon module knowledge and related components.
- Competent, Self-driven, results-oriented with a focus on high quality and business profit.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- Keen for new experiences and responsibility.

Job location
You will be part of our customer center in Nigeria. You will join a dynamic field service team, working and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area.
