Assistant Business Controller

Eurochiller is a product company designing and producing chillers, and is now part of the Atlas Copco Group.

At this stage, Eurochiller is looking for an Assistant Business Controller for our Production Company in Nitra (Slovakia)

Your responsibilities in this new role will be

• • Ensure accurate application of guidelines and law;  

  • Implement and promote all Group guidelines published on “The Way We Do Things” throughout the company;  

  • Follow-up and analysis of product cost, as well as functional costs and all other relevant costs;  

  • Follow-up stock reports 

  • Support the internal structure to ensure consistency and transparency in reporting operations;  

  • Definition of internal policies and procedures related to the specific task;  

  • Highlight all “red flags” and collaborate to ensure that all necessary corrective actions are implemented;  

  • Support in the preparation of company reviews and other management meetings;  

  • Collaborate to the audit (internal and external) 

  • Supervisor of purchasing Department 

  • Supervisor of Logistic activities for order processing and shipping departments

Skill

• Good knowledge of English both spoken and written;  

• Good knowledge of local and fiscal regulations;  

• Active, dynamic, motivated person with good communication management skills;  

• Able to show efficiency and cope with stressful situations;  

• Able to pay attention to details and maintain confidentiality;  

• Proactive ensuring that warning signals are highlighted and action plans are implemented;  

• Teamwork skills;  

• Ability to convey to colleagues the awareness of the company’s mission and objectives;  

• Leadership, Communication and Team Building;  

• Relational skills to be able to relate both within our organization  

• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
