SKE - Production Manager

Your role

Eurochiller is specialized in designing and manufacturing of water process chiller.For the production plant of Eurochiller in Nitra (Slovakia), we are looking for a Production Manager who will report to the Supervisor of the Plant and will be part of the Company Management Team.

As Production Manager, your mission will be to improve greatly the maturity of your operations, accepting best-in-class only as a reference, and build a reliable and efficient action plan for production. You will work together with your team in order to review the current organizational setup as well as the processes and define together with the management the future setup for production activities.

Your main goals are:

• Embrace the "Safety First" culture striving for zero work-related accidents, incidents or near-accidents.
• establish and maintain a good communication and relationship with our customer centers in order to support our vision "First in Mind, First in Choice"
• Planning of production and related shipments, embracing a “Customer Oriented” approach.
• work closely together with the Engineering (located in Italy) to optimize & control the material supply chain in a quality assured way and ensure qualitative and timely introduction of new products.
• Facilitate and create a shop floor based continuous improvement culture throughout the factory.-Manage, identify, deploy the production key Performance Indicators.
• Manage the lead times to the targets, keep maximum reliability of dates and search for ways and actions to further improve and enhance general performance.
• Interact with the Italian plant in a productive and constructive way to develop synergies and enhance performances.
• Develop a pool of motivated and professional workers and employees. Coach and mentor your team members to maximize their potential

• Result-oriented and experienced professional with proven track record in production.
• Broad knowledge of functional processes within a Product Company, inventory management and order handling.
• Proven Management / Leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Proficient in Slovak and English. Additional languages are a plus
