Your role

As a Technical Support, Service Product - Semi Dry Pumps, your mission is to provide first-line technical support globally to the Semiconductor Service (VSS) Service Technology Centre’s (STC) organisation for Semi Dry Pumps. You will join our newly created Technical Support Team which reports into the VSS Divisional team

 

You will

  • Operate as a key member of the Technical Support for Service Products team, supporting Semi Dry Pump products serviced in global Service Technology Centres (STCs).
  • Resolve or escalate technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support training for Dry Pump products in STCs, in collaboration with the VSS Engineering team.
  • Ensure documentation such as SOPs and Test Specifications is accurate and up to date.
  • Promote and implement best practices, safety protocols, and operating standards.
  • Drive consistency and standardisation across global processes.
  • Respond to technical enquiries via phone and email within agreed timeframes.

You have 5+ years of experience, working with Semiconductor products, ideally in a technical support or service environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of Edwards semiconductor products, especially Semi Dry Pumps.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is highly desirable.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our STC site in either Nogales (Mexico), Dublin (Ireland), Brno (Czech), Qiryat-Gat (Israel)
