Sr. Sales Engineer/Territory Manager- AIF

Your role
Implement and execute a 3-year business plan with driven and stimulate SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time based) ACTIONS for rapid growth in medium pressure business in the designated territory of North Zone in alignment with divisional targets and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a 3-year business plan with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) actions for accelerated growth.
Conduct detailed territory mapping and create segment-specific action plans to establish and expand the Medium Pressure business.
Business Development:
Identify and explore new applications for Medium Pressure across industrial segments.
Acquire new customers and applications to increase market penetration.
Grow market share profitably and sustainably.
Channel Management:
Drive dealer/distributor business in the designated territory.
Motivate and guide channel partners to achieve Medium Pressure targets.
OEM & Key Accounts:
Develop targeted OEM business in the North Zone.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and key accounts.
Value Proposition & Competitor Analysis:
Understand customer value drivers and present compelling ROI and TCO-based proposals.
Track competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
To succeed, you will need

We are specifically looking for someone who is:

✅ Has hands-on experience in equipment sales (compressors, blowers, or similar industry preferred)
✅ Smart, structured, and execution-focused
✅ Strong in communication and networking
✅ Able to build relationships and influence decisions
Experience & Education:
- Good to excellent track record of sales achievements.
- Good understanding and experience on sales territory management and its actual implementation
- Good techno commercial acumen and Value selling.
- Added Advantage to the candidate if it is known Territory.
- 3–6 years of experience in equipment sales (compressors/blowers preferred)
- B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)
- MBA is an added advantage
