Continuous Improvements Analyst - Year In Industry

 

Are you looking for a placement where you get hands-on experience on various aspects of a business? Year in Industry (This is an undergraduate role)

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the details of our organizational processes and finding ways to optimize and improve them. You will collaborate with different departments in the business to identify inefficient processes and then develop, prioritize, and implement changes relevant to the Business goals and needs. You will be expected to take initiative and be responsible for managing projects for various operations across the business. You will simultaneously provide support with marketing communications, both internal and external, as well as support for events or any business activity that takes place.

 

The role:

  • Finding new ways to digitize office & communication processes.
  • Partnering with different departments and aquisitions to identify and deliver continuous improvements to the business.
  • Social media – support our social media strategy by designing engaging content based on current trends.
  • Assisting colleagues in coordinating projects & introducing new communication methods
  • Organizing and supporting Health & Safety documentation requests & events.
  • Support with IT activities, helping colleagues use new IT tools.
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across the business

  • Is someone with a good business understanding and awareness with an interest in current industry trends & news.
  • Is confident to suggest improvements and engaged with opportunities to learn and grow.
  • Is flexible and willing to travel within the UK & Ireland occasionally.

  • Can multitask whilst seeing tasks through to completion.
