Service Manager Cooling - Benelux

Your role
As Service Manager Cooling for the Benelux region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the service operations for cooling equipment across this region. Based in Oosterzele, Belgium, you will be part of a dynamic environment, working closely with local and European teams to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will
- lead the Service team of Delta-Temp, ensuring their deployment is efficient, strategic, and aligned with customer needs.
- optimize customer satisfaction by organizing the service business in the most effective way possible.
- define and implement a regional service strategy that aligns with the broader European operations goals. This includes overseeing field service activities and depot operations. From a continuous improvement perspective, you will also ensure that service processes are implemented, standardized and reviewed.
- manage a team of technicians, both directly and indirectly, planning their schedules and coordinating their involvement in projects across the region. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that their deployment is based on availability, competence, and experience, and that their performance is measured through key indicators such as service reliability, reporting efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- work closely with other stakeholders and departments in the company to ensure technician coverage for all projects. You will also take ownership of competence mapping and development, ensuring that your team continues to grow in knowledge and capability.
- help develop strategies for connecting the fleet and using data to improve service efficiency.
- ensure compliance with ISO procedures and safety standards, participate in quality and service meetings, and manage relationships with external service providers. As a leader, you will inspire your team, lead by example, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- have the responsibility of complying to All F-gas related administration and documentation. As a result you will be the goto person for cooling specific regulation and legislation.

You have experience working as a Service Manager or in a similar technical leadership role.
- a technically oriented bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a cooling technical certificate.
- fluency in Dutch and English, with good knowledge of French and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- strong planning, coordination, and team motivation skills.
- experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
- solid understanding of service operations in a technical environment.
