The Role
- Achieve sales targets according to defined Business Line (BL) plan, as described in the mission
- Find and develop new customers according to current BL plan
- Take care & further develop existing accounts and spend most available time with customers
- Monitor and report the market situation and competition activities in the assigned area
- Develop and increase market share in the assigned area by planning & performing activities defined in current BL plan, transform customers to increase market size
- Maintain overdue invoices of own customers in the assigned area, actively use Collection database, plan and execute appropriate actions to ensure collection
- In line with set standards and in requested time report all planned & performed activities in the CRM system, prepare & deliver monthly report as standard.
- Report forecast results in format and time specified by reporting manager or BL manager

What we expect of you?
- Education: min. secondary school + graduation, technical education preferred
- Languages: Polish + English, level: fluent
- PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience (active sales in field, focus on technical or industrial products preferred)
- Independent, self managed, success-motivated, enthusiastic personality
- Proactivity, ability to plan and prioritize own work efficiently
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Team-player
- Ability and willingness to work home-based
