CPI Product Specialist

Job Purpose
Engage in CPI customer projects and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth through product-centered solutions and market deployment.
Mission
Maximize customer satisfaction through technical proposals and support, and expand the market by ensuring smooth product introduction and deployment.
Your role
Develop a deep understanding of company products and leverage broad knowledge to solve customer challenges, ultimately linking solutions to product sales. Collaborate closely with product marketing and project teams in France and other overseas locations.
Act as a bridge between engineering and sales by reporting activities in the Japan market and proposing requests and improvements.
To succeed, you will need
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to supervisors
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Identify customer needs and deliver optimal solutions
- Prepare proposals in collaboration with headquarters’ technical departments
- Plan, execute, and participate in exhibitions and seminars
- Research competitor activities
- Coordinate technical discussions, ordering, and delivery control with APC
- Manage all project phases from planning to delivery and modification
- Provide accurate project progress and delivery control
- Provide ecosystem-based solutions including tightening and drilling technologies
- Support new product introduction from France (training, documentation, localization)
- Benchmark latest technologies and competitor products
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-related project development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competency:
- Business communication experience in English
- English proficiency for advanced technical discussions
- Experience working in project teams
- Experience as a project leader
