Field Service Engineer (Osaka）
Your role
As a Field Service Engineer based in Osaka, your primary mission is to deliver exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our advanced vacuum technology equipment. Reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in sustaining and enhancing the operational reliability of cutting-edge vacuum systems critical to our clients' industrial processes.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of vacuum equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, sales, and quality teams to provide valuable feedback on product performance and customer requirements that inform future innovations.
- Deliver training and technical guidance to customers and internal staff regarding operation, maintenance best practices, and safety standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation of service activities, customer interactions, and parts inventory to support seamless workflows and compliance with company standards.
- Participate proactively in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Experience with customer-facing technical support and training delivery is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Japanese and English language communication to collaborate in a multinational environment is preferred.
