Mission

As a service engineer at Fuji Industrial Technique Co., Ltd, based in Osaka, your primary mission is to ensure the dependable operation and longevity of our range of products and equipment. This vital role encompasses an array of responsibilities including not only repair, overhaul, and calibration tasks, but also comprehensive pre-shipment inspections of our products. You will become a key member of our team, executing on-site services that entail installations and troubleshooting at customer locations, ensuring their needs are met with prompt and efficient resolutions.
In this capacity, you will play a significant role in the coordination among cross-functional teams, driving continual improvements in work processes while stringently adhering to safety standards to safeguard yourself and your colleagues. Successful interaction with international teams may require basic English proficiency, particularly for interpreting technical manuals and enhancing our global collaboration capabilities

 

 

Main Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively maintain, repair, and calibrate our electric and pneumatic equipment to high standards of quality
  • Conduct thorough pre-shipment inspections and evaluations of imported products
  • Provide on-site installation and troubleshooting services, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Address technical inquiries promptly and effectively, enhancing customer experience
  • Lead collaboration and improvement initiatives with other departments and external partners to optimize processes
  • Deliver training and product explanations to customers, empowering them with knowledge on our solutions

To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirements

  • Proficient background in machinery and equipment maintenance
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in troubleshooting and effective repair solutions
  • Prior experience handling maintenance of internationally manufactured products is advantageou

  • Basic English language skills, or a strong willingness to learn, necessary for reading technical documentation and engaging in international collaboration
  • Familiarity with software and digital solutions will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience utilizing remote services and online tools to address customer needs effectivel

  • Japanese: Proficient/native level
