Your new role will be
As our newest Technical Sales Representative – Oil Free Air Division, you will enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with our internal support group in order to maximize sales of all oil free air products.
Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to form relations with others will help you in your mission to achieve sustainable and high-level customer satisfaction!
This position is based in Eastern Ontario.
The main activities you’ll take care of
- Maximizing sales of all oil free air products to our current and new customers through relentless sales prospecting activities focused towards the assigned markets
- Ensuring that related sales targets are met in terms of revenue generation, unit sales, customer share, market share and market coverage while giving due attention to highest price realization
- Following up on customers, new leads and referrals resulting from service activities, as well as preparing and presenting quotes, proposals, pricing and credit terms and obtaining, developing, delivering, and presenting sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs
- Managing the day-to-day sales activities, developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets and markets through our CRM tool (C4C)
- Ensuring appropriate and adequate collaboration with our back office, service operations, service sales teams and other equipment sales teams to attain sustainable, high-level customer satisfaction
- Providing support to and responding to requests from the distributors in the assigned territory for oil-free air product lines as well as acting as a resource on how to sell these product lines
- Taking an active role in updating your job knowledge for both products and sales/marketing strategies by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, networking, and participating in professional organizations

What will help you succeed in your new role
- Your minimum 5 years of previous expeirence in B2B technical sales
- Your self-starter attitude with a strong ability to collaborate well in teams
- Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to easily form relations with others, lead negotiations and close orders
- You are self-motivated in your own development and will take the lead to learn new methods, new tools, improve yourself and initiate making use of available materials
- You have experience in the technical selling of industrial equipment, ideally compressed air equipment
- You have good skills and experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- You have a valid driver’s license and clean driver's abstract
